In the world of advertising there are many ways to make a specific product or offer know to the world. Depending on the company doing the marketing for a corporation (which is the client) techniques and strategies vary considerably and most of them gather customers because of their know-how.
When promoting a service or product the different media channels are hit: radio, TV, newspapers and the internet, which is the newest of them all. Advertisements usually return customers by catering to the individual. In this case, by using a specific product to promote over one channel that is bound to have a particular public, the success rate is increased.
Banners present on the side of the road could cater to drivers; in-door banners can be placed to attract the public of a certain age group or social status that frequents that building; advertisements concerning fashion articles can be placed in women’s magazines; a radio channel can broadcast different ads depending on the hour to catch the ears of the listeners accordingly and TV stations can place ads depending who would be watching the show after between the breaks.
